Registration includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference days.

Academic registration is intended for faculty members and researchers affiliated with academic or research institutions.

Student participants must provide a valid student ID card or official certificate of enrollment during registration.

Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author.

🎉 Gala Dinner – Special Event

A Gala Dinner will be organized in Rabat on June 9, 2026 as part of the ICHE-SD 2026 social program.

Participants who wish to attend the Gala Dinner are required to pay an additional 200 DH along with their registration fees.

Transportation will be provided from Kénitra to Rabat for all registered participants attending the Gala Dinner.

The Gala Dinner includes transportation, entertainment, and a full dinner experience, offering an excellent opportunity for networking and cultural exchange.
