📝 Authors Guidelines
Please carefully follow the submission guidelines below to ensure your manuscript complies with international academic publishing standards.
📄 Publication Process
All papers accepted and presented at ICHE-SD 2026 will be invited to submit their full papers for publication in the BIO Web of Conferences, ensuring international visibility and indexing in major academic databases.
In addition, selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions for publication as book chapters in international partner volumes, as detailed in the Publication page.
All submissions undergo a peer-review process conducted by the scientific committee to ensure quality and relevance.
📚 IGI Global Formatting Requirements
- Manuscripts must be written in English and submitted in Microsoft Word format.
- Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, with standard margins (2.5 cm).
- Include a 100–150 word abstract summarizing your chapter.
- Add keywords and at least 7 key terms with definitions.
- Follow APA referencing style for citations and bibliography.
- Ensure your manuscript is professionally proofread before submission.
- Use a third-person academic writing style (avoid "I", "we").
⚠️ Non-compliant submissions may be rejected before review.
📘 Edited Books Opportunity
Selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions as book chapters in international edited volumes (IGI Global).
This opportunity allows authors to publish in internationally recognized academic books covering health, sustainability, biotechnology, and environmental sciences.
⚠️ Important Remark
Submitted manuscripts must be completely original and free from any form of plagiarism. The use of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited unless properly disclosed and justified.
All submissions will be checked using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts must meet the following criteria:
- Less than 20% AI-generated content
- Less than 20% similarity index
⚠️ Submissions that do not comply will be automatically rejected.
