Given the great socio-economic mobility to put human health first, people's recent sensitivity to the quality of their food is a major factor in guiding consumers to the right choice of a product. We present here an invention, an electronic device, which makes it possible to control the quality of all types of meat and therefore advise whether or not to consume this type of product. Knowing that it is of great interest in the race of citizens as well as the whole planet, we have designed our system with dedicated sensors to measure several biological, physico-chemical and other parameters before it gives us the validation result according to the type of meat. Led by an interactive interface (display, indicator and buttons, etc.), the device allows the user, whether he is a consumer, seller or other, to be able to control his product easily, knowing that the device can be portable and be powered by a battery or batteries. In addition, we have anticipated an interface for the blind and visually impaired to allow them to use this technology for their health purpose.
