The present invention consists in contributing to the world of renewable energies a hybrid solution allowing the production of electrical energy through a micro-turbine system. The latter are placed in a vertical pipe or other linked to two cascading cones. These micro-turbines are capable of operating under the effect of either a hydraulic or wind energy source. Our global system has an electrical block for managing the use of this energy produced for various uses (lighting, watering, storage or others).
